Meet Aaron

Aaron is a warm, empathic and collaborative clinical psychologist who prioritises creating a safe space to explore and work with you through your difficulties. He understands that mental health requires more than the reduction of distress but also the development of feelings of emotional and mental wellbeing through an improved sense of self, sense of belonging, meaningful relationships and purpose in life. Aaron has experience providing individual and group therapy in a range of professional settings including private practice and hospitals. He has helped people with anxiety, depression, relational trauma, PTSD, OCD, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, personality disorders, life transitions, grief, and work and study stress.

Aaron can help you to gain a deeper understanding of your relationship with yourself and others, develop an improved sense of self-esteem, and experience growth that is meaningful to you. Through the therapeutic relationship and a collaborative exploration of the past and present, underlying patterns of relating to yourself and others can be uncovered, processed and understood to develop new ways of being, relating and living more fully in the present.
